REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Our Policy at a Glance

  • Return Window: 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Eligible Items: Unopened, factory-sealed tea bags and unused accessories.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Opened or sampled tea blends (for health and safety reasons).
  • Return Shipping: Covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. The light-blocking, airtight seal must remain completely intact.

Because our tea blends are consumable food products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any tea bags that have been opened, sampled, or tampered with.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or if you received the incorrect item, please notify us immediately at the email listed in our Contacts section.

  • Please include your Order Number and a clear photograph of the issue.
  • We will send out a replacement or issue a full refund immediately at no additional cost to you.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Send an email to our support address with the subject line: "Return Request - Order #[Your Order Number]".
  2. State the reason for your return and confirm that the item is unopened.
  3. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address. Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

4. Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected by our facility, we will send you an email confirming receipt.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically.
  • A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card processor.
